What SAA Publisher is
SAA Publisher is a private, single-user command-line tool operated by Eran Elbaz (the "Owner"). Its only function is to upload finished videos produced by the Owner's own production pipeline to the Owner's own YouTube channel ("Start Again Abroad"), and to set the metadata of those videos (title, description, tags, category, language, thumbnail, captions, and the "altered or synthetic content" disclosure), and to post a single top-level comment by the channel owner. It uses the YouTube Data API v3.
The tool is not distributed, sold, or offered to anyone else. There are no third-party users, no website, no app store listing, and no public interface.
Privacy Policy
Data we access
Through the YouTube Data API, SAA Publisher accesses only the Owner's own YouTube channel and the videos the Owner uploads to it. It does not access, read, collect, or store any data about viewers, subscribers, commenters, or any other YouTube user. It does not access any other YouTube channel.
Data we store
The tool stores one OAuth 2.0 refresh token for the Owner's Google account, in a local file on the Owner's own computer. This token is used solely to authenticate the Owner's own upload requests. No other user data is stored. Nothing is stored on any server operated by the Owner, and nothing is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.
Google API Services User Data Policy
SAA Publisher's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
SAA Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the Owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies, analytics, advertising
The tool sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and serves no advertising.
Data deletion and revocation
The Owner can revoke the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete the local token file. Revoking access immediately disables the tool. No other stored data exists to delete.

Terms of Service
SAA Publisher is provided by the Owner for the Owner's exclusive use. No licence is granted to any other person. The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Owner is solely responsible for the content uploaded through it and for compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
These terms and this policy are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
